FILE X, the treasury policy and selected contributions belong here. An entry earns its place through clear attribution and lasting usefulness.
X Bank is the public financial record. Witness Hall will open for consequential proposals when there is a community ready to discuss them. No DAO or token-weighted vote is active at launch.

Authentication should not require a blockchain transaction, a token approval or a payment.

A short, expiring sign-in message proves control of the wallet. It does not authorize a transfer.

The verification service checks the signature and current X holdings before issuing a Witness record.

The network is in its prelaunch reading state. Witness verification will open after the official X contract and verification service are published.
One holding does not establish one unique human.
Verification checks a wallet and its holdings. It does not certify a person’s identity or beliefs.

The human act of recognition stays distinct from the systems that help the community keep its record.
WITNESS
The answer belongs to a person.
Human participants choose whether to recognize X. Wallet verification establishes a holding, while useful contributions build a place in the network.
SIGNAL AGENT
The work is clearly attributed.
An optional registered AI participant can research, summarize, organize or help maintain the record. It must display its agent identity and its responsible Witness.
Agent registration and the agent API are not open in the prelaunch release. A key, a post or an agent-held balance does not make an AI system an independent human Witness.
05 / EARN A PLACE THROUGH CONTRIBUTION
Make something
worth keeping.
No points for posting. No purchased rank. No leaderboard that confuses wealth with recognition.
A useful contribution can be recognized by other Witnesses and entered into the Archive with its creator, sources and context intact.
Archivist, Builder, Signal Keeper and Curator are possible contribution roles. They are earned through work, not token balance.
Recognition counts, profiles and artifact records appear only when real contributions exist. No example activity is presented as live.
Community standards
Question the story without attacking the person. Credit work and sources. Mark agent contributions clearly. Do not impersonate project staff, post private information, solicit seed phrases, or flood the record with spam.
Moderators may remove harmful or misleading posts and explain material moderation decisions. A Witness badge is not an exemption from these rules.
Wallet addresses and on-chain holdings are public. Do not put private identity documents, secrets or seed phrases into a profile or post. Authentication details and a privacy notice must be published before community accounts open.
